Varoius civil liability

When we talk about civil liability , they are all those resulting from pitfalls present in public areas or within private properties. From the civil code we extrapolate this article where it obliges anyone who causes "unjust" damage to another person, with their own actions, intentionally or negligently, to pay compensation for the damage:

"Any intentional or negligent act which causes unjust damage to others obliges the person who committed the act to compensate the damage."

Here are some of the damages subject to compensation:

• School injuries
• Damage resulting from the conduct or possession of pets
• Accidental falls on public transport
• Accidental falls on public land
